Enpresaren funtzionamendua hobetzeko edo berrorientatzeko, ikuspuntu komertzialetik. Gomendagarria benetan.</p>
<p>Astearteko saiotik interesgarrienak iruditu zaizkidanak konpartitzea pentsatu dut. Zuen erakundeentzako ere<br />
interesgarriak direla badakidalako. Gehienak logika hutsa dira, baina betetzen ditugu oinarrizko arau hauek gure erakundeetan?</p>
<p>Hemen doaz zure erakundearen indar komertziala handitzeko 10 gomendio.<span id="more-395"></span></p>
<p>1 – <strong>Jendeari (bezeroari) ez zaio gustatzen norbaitek (zuk) zerbait saltzea.</strong> Jendeak nahi duena da erostea, berak erabakitzea zer nahi duen. Beraz, guk ez diogu ezer saldu behar. Guk zertan lagundu diezaiokegun azaldu eta aukeratzen utzi behar diogu. Guk, jendeak zer erosi nahi duen jakin behar dugu, zerbitzua berdefinitzeko.</p>
<p>2 – <strong>Erakundearen posizionamendua zein den lankide guztien artean koherentziaz defendatu behar da uneoro</strong>; telefonoa hartzerakoan, bezeroarekin batzartzen garenean, kafea hartzen dugunean, lan zehatza egiterakoan edo paketea entregatzen dugunean. Gutako bakoitzak jakin behar du gure lana eta gure<br />
misioa, biak ala biak bete behar ditugula uneoro.</p>
<p>3 – Euskal Herrian enpresa askok oinarritu du bere lana zuzeneko lan komertzialean. Lehenengo lana ondo eta gogor egin, eta ahalik eta gehien saldu zuzeneko elakrrizketaren bidez. <strong>Denborak aldatu egin dira</strong>. Gaur, <strong>lehenengo, estrategia</strong> definitu behar du enpresa batek, <strong>gero posizionamendua</strong> eta, azkenik,<br />
zuzeneko plan komertziala. Bestela produktu bat bakarrik salduko dugu eta norbaitek merkeagoa egiten duenean (Txinan, adibidez) besteari erosiko dio.</p>
<p>4 – <strong>Erakunde guztia da komertzial momentuoro.</strong></p>
<p>5 – <strong>Bezeroari zerbait komunikatzen diogu beti</strong>; berarekin gaudenean eta ez audenean ere bai.</p>
<p>6 – <strong>Lanean ez dago denbora faltarik.</strong> Aukeratzen dena, egiten da. Eta hala aukeratzen dena ez da egiten.</p>
<p>7 – Batzuetan ematen du ate guztiak jo direla eta ez daukagula bezero berririk lortzeko aukerarik. <strong>Beti dugu bezero berriak lortzeko aukera, edo bezero berberekin zerbitzu berriak eskaintzekoa.</strong> Erakunde handietan, bezeroen bila dabiltzanak aldatu egiten dituzte 3-4 urterik behin. Enpresa txikiok, lana ondo egitetik aparte, bezeroekin harremana estutu behar dugu, eta horrela gure zerbitzuen eskaintzan eta kalitatean asmatzen joango gara. Eta bide batez, bezero berriei gomendatuko gaituzte.</p>
<p>8 – <strong>Bezeroarekin harremana landu egin behar da: salerosketatik aparte, pertsonala.</strong> Eta harreman hori zintzoa izan behar da, benetakoa. Ez bada harreman hori lantzen, bezeroak alde egiteko aukerak areagotu<br />
egingo dira. Ez dagoela astirik? Gogoratu seigarren puntua.</p>
<p>9 – <strong>Estilo produktibo bat landu behar du zuzendaritzak</strong>, denek ezagutuko dutena eta bete egingo dena.</p>
<p>10 – <strong>Negoziaziorako gaitasuna enpresako langile guztiek izan behar dute</strong>. Tratuak mometuan egiten dira. Eta bestela aukerak galtzen dira. Horretarako enpresako langile guztiek jakin behar dituzte lanak zenbat balio duen. Gutxieneko prezioak, adibidez. Hori landu egin behar du zuzendaritzak eta langileekin konfiantza osoarekin konpartitu. Irabazien onerako izango da.</p>

<p>La primavera del 2011 nuestro director de arte, Gotzon Garaizabal, estuvo en los campamentos de refugiados saharauis, en Tinduf (Argelia).  Se reunió con varios artistas del lugar, y estuvieron enredando aquí y allá (cómo le gusta).</p>
<p>Como en todos los viajes que realiza, sacó infinidad de fotos, aprovechando diferentes proyectos y situaciones.</p>
<p>Ahora, ha hecho un resumen, &#8220;un antojo&#8221;, entremezclando dos puntos de vista: retratos de personas, y reflejos de situaciones.</p>

<p>Design trends change with the times and I love that. I often look around to see what other people are doing and in recent times one particular style has caught my eye, particularly within the surf scene. Circular logos.</p>
<p>According to Banksy, &#8220;<em>most things look better when you put them in a circle</em>&#8220;. Ok, it was tongue-in-cheek when he said it, but personally, I actually do like things in circles. Not quite sure why. Maybe it&#8217;s a sense of completeness.</p>
<p>The Billabong Mundaka Challenge is underway in the Basque Country, sporting a funky stamp-like logo with a spaghetti western typeface and simple colours. It works. I like it. I wondered how they made it. Then I stumbled across a Photoshop tutorial and found my answer. (<a href="www.psdstation.com/tutorials/drawing/how-to-create-a-vintage-badge" target="_blank">www.psdstation.com/tutorials/drawing/how-to-create-a-vintage-badge</a>). When I find a logo like this and then realise it was made following a tutorial, it&#8217;s often a bit of a let-down. The design is somehow robbed of originality. But thinking about it more, when the pressure is on, tutorials like this can really help us save time, learn new skills and find a design solution that works. Naturally though, once the word is out, everyone starts doing it, and the once original design loses its flavour.</p>

<p>Guk, galdera asko dauzkagu:<br />
Zertarako antolatu lehiaketa bat diseinu ikasleen artean, aurkeztutako logoak eraldatu egingo dituztela jakinda?<br />
Zertarako 6.000 euro finalistari, bere lana eta iritzia ez bada errespetatuko logoaren garapenean? Horregatik, agian?<br />
Nola onar daiteke lan okerrago bat, kolore beltza desagerrarazten eta 20020 ulerrarazten eta madríd tildearekin uzten duena?<br />
Non geratzen da lanaren originaltasunarekiko errespetua?</p>
<p>Ez, ez zaigu gustatu egin dutena.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Hace unas semanas nos encontrabamos boquiabiertas en el lugar de trabajo, viendo los mejores diseños callejeros de 2011 en <a href="http://www.streetartutopia.com/?p=6490">streetartutopia</a>. Los ojos de nuestro creativo se detuvieron ante una de las fotos:</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Y el inquieto y celoso creativo decidió que él también quería hacer algo así. Sin la ayuda de los diseñadores de di-da y sin tan siquiera consultar con las traductoras, lo adaptó a su aire y lo compartió en las redes sociales. Resultado: un montón de ‘me gusta’ y unos cuantos ‘lo comparto’.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Ante un éxito de tal magnitud, se atrevió a llevar el delito más lejos aún. Y esta mañana, nos hemos encontrado con esto al lado de la puerta:</p>

Uno decía: “Nothing is original”. El otro remataba: “It’s not where you take things from – it’s where you take them to”.</p>
<p>A fin de cuentas, lo que nuestro creativo ha pegado en la pared no hace daño a nadie. Sólo lo ha compartido entre amigas y desconocidos, de tal forma que cualquiera pueda cogerlo, copiarlo y utilizarlo.</p>
<p>Por eso queremos a nuestro plagiador, aunque sea creativo.</p>

<p>This tuesday our euskalgiri designer, Joseba, was invited to the <a href="http://www.mondragon.edu/eu">University of Arrasate-Mondragon</a> to give a two hour talk about branding to Masters design students. It was a really fun time to present, share and answer questions about branding.<span id="more-236"></span></p>
<p>The Oxford English dictionary defines branding as &#8220;<em>a particular type or kind of something</em>&#8220;. Wow! Very profound! This isn&#8217;t good enough, and for something in which we invest so much time and money, we need a better understanding of what it means. I like the way that the <a href="http://www.designcouncil.org.uk/">Design Council</a> defines branding: &#8220;<em>a set of associations that we make with a company, product, service, individual or organisation.</em>&#8221;</p>
<p>These associations can take various forms: smell (Chanel no 5 perfume), sound (Nokia ringtone), form (Vespa scooter), symbol (nike swoosh), touch (Apple&#8217;s iphone), colour (Orange telecommunications), or  typography (Harrods).</p>
<p>Brand is active, it moves and changes. We are brands. We brand ourselves on facebook all the time. A measure of branding is to assess the associations that others make with ourselves/objects/companies/services etc. Brand has personality.</p>
<p>When we think of people like Steve Jobs, what do we think of? Apple, clean-cut, straight-talking, black/white, he has a good understanding of what the end-user wants, they make products that work&#8230; He (and Apple) has been branded this way. The way that they present information to us is controlled, with the objective being to &#8216;control&#8217; how we perceive Apple. This is how I view branding.</p>
<p>A good brand uses many elements to convey the core values, vision and personality of a company/product/service/person. The various elements that make up a brand appeal to different senses. (Sight, touch, smell, taste, hearing, even a subconscious sixth sense perhaps).</p>

<p><strong>Emun.</strong> Forma linealagoak eman genizkion logoari, sendotasuna irabazteko. Udazken koloreak erantsi, enpresarialago izateko. Izenari &#8220;koop. e&#8221; laburdura kendu genion eta garbiago utzi, abizenak badakarrelako azalpen nahikoa. Tipografia ere argiagoa eta indartsuagoa.</p>
<p><strong>Topagunea.</strong> Aurreko logoa ere gurutzebide bat zen, Topagunea osatzen duten elkarte anitzen gurutzebidea. Baina elementuek ez zuten elkar ukitzen. Berrian, elkarte bakoitzak kolore bat du, aniztasunaren seinale. Eta ez doaz soilik erdirantz, beraien artean ere elkartzen dira eta kolore berriak eragin. Bat gehi bat, berdin hiru. Formak borobilagoak dira, dinamikotasuna eta mugimendua adierazteko. Tipografia eskuz, humanoagoa. Letra bakoitza bakarra da, elkarte bakoitza bezala, eta elkarrekin Topagunea hitza osatzen dute.</p>
<p><strong>Anboto.</strong> Elementu bat gailendu zitzaigun, leiho bat. Anboto leiho bat da Durangaldean, tokiko informazioa eskaintzen duelako. Ekintza baten beharra genuen, eta gezi bat erantsi genion. Mugimendua. Aurrera jotzea. Eta sartu ditugu koloreak, asko, zuriaren eta beltzaren nagusitasuna mantenduta, orain arteko estilo orokorretik larregi aldendu barik.</p>
